At LidsHatDrop, we want to ensure your headwear fits perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must include original tags and be shipped back in a protective box to maintain the integrity of the hat's shape.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn hats inside the box with all original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
